How to assemble your Outdoor Origin foosball table

In addition to the instructions supplied, you can use the following explanations to assemble your Origin Outdoor table soccer. At least two people are required at each stage of assembly. To make assembly easier, we even recommend three people. All the necessary tools are included: a 13 mm open-end wrench, two 5 mm Allen keys, a 6 mm Allen key and a PZ 2 screwdriver. The use of a screwdriver is not recommended, as it could damage the product and render it unusable. 10 balls are also supplied: 5 in cork and 5 in plastic. Please note that cork balls must not be stored outdoors, as humidity and high temperatures can alter their properties.

Before installation

Your table soccer is protected in transit by a package containing various plates and protective covers. When you open your package, we advise you to use the chipboard plate that covers your table soccer as a support for mounting.

Step 1

Snap the head of the skate screw (Part no. 2215) into the skate (Part no. 4821.0). Repeat this operation with the other three feet.

Step 2

Once the glides (Part no. 2215) have been assembled on each foot, glue the anti-slip pads (Part no. 4825) to them.

Step 3

Take a right foot (Part No. 8620) and a left foot (Part No. 8621) and position the crossbar (Part No. 8622) so that the holes in all three are aligned.

Moderately screw one foot to the crossbar, then the other. To do this, use diameter 10 metal screws (Part no. 1741) with diameter 10 washers (Part no. 1222) on the foot side, and position the base nut (Part no. 1146) on the crossbar side. No tools are required for this nut; screw it on by hand, without forcing.

At first, don't overtighten the screw. Then adjust the angle of the crossbar so that it's parallel to the back of the feet. You can now tighten the screw using the 6mm Allen key.

Repeat this step with the other two legs.

Step 4

Apply a straight stirrup (Part no. 7490.0 or 7490.9) to a straight leg, level with the crossbar. It must be flush with the crossbar. Tighten the VBA screws (Part no. 1490.0) using the PZ2 screwdriver. Repeat the operation with the other right leg.

Step 5

Apply a left-hand caliper (Part no. 7489.0 or 7489.9) to a left-hand foot, level with the crossbar. Adjust the inclination of the crossbar so that it is flush with the rear of the bracket. Remove the stirrup and tighten the metal screw (Part no. 1741) which connects the crossbar to the feet below it, using a 6mm Allen key. Repeat the operation on the other left foot.

Integration of feet at the box: recommended method.

We recommend that these operations be carried out by three people. It is possible to do it with two people, but this requires extra effort.

There is another method of integrating the feet into the body, which requires the use of trestles.

To find out more, consult the instructions.

Method A - Step 1

Place on the floor a foam protector used to protect your table soccer during transport. Place it close to a wall, about 30 cm away. Position the foosball body vertically, with the players facing the wall.

Make sure it's at a sufficient angle so that the goals don't touch the wall. It must not come into direct contact with the floor or wall.

For this, use the foam protectors included in the package. Don't hesitate to overlap two of them to gain thickness.

Method A - Step 2

While one person holds the table-football table and legs, the second person positions the washers (Order No. 1221) and screws the 8mm-diameter metal screws (Order No. 1740) on the inside of the body to the connecting nuts on the outside of the body (Order No. 1089.0). Repeat this operation on each leg.

Method A - Step 3

You're now going to turn your table-football upside down. To carry out this operation without risk of damaging it, it's important to lift it in such a way as to avoid leaning on the feet when they're not straight.

Don't hesitate to call on several people for this step, to make it more comfortable. It's best to have three people to do it smoothly.

Handle assembly

All that remains is to install the handles before you can play.

To do this, hold one player and screw on the handle. Repeat this operation with all 8 handles.

Be sure to install black handles at the ends of bars with black players and white handles at the ends of bars with white players.
