CORNILLEAU WARRANTY
Cornilleau tables include a comprehensive warranty that is the best in the industry. Our tables adhere to the European Safety Standard EN 14468. Safety is our priority, thus Cornilleau goes above this standard. The product warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing.
10 year warranty - Outdoor ping pong table collection manufacturer after 2016 (entire table)
10 year warranty – Outdoor ping pong table collection prior to 2016 (table tops only)
3 year warranty - Indoor ping pong table collection
5 year warranty – Outdoor pool table
5/3 year warranty – Outdoor foosball table (The playing surface has a 3 year warranty against any distortion and the balance of the foosball table 5-year warranty)
All warranties start on the day of purchase. The warranty is limited to the supply of defective parts/components approved by our customer service team.
The warranty is not applicable in case of damages caused by:
- - Normal part wear
- - Parts not assembled in accordance with the instructions
- - Lack of maintenance
- - Use of corrosive products for maintenance or cleaning
- - Altering a product
- - If the safety and user guidelines haven’t been properly followed
- - Damage caused by acts of God such as strong wind or hail
- - Caustic environmental conditions such as air pollution or extreme salt air
- - Intentional act such as inappropriate handling impact or fall
- - An external factor such as vandalism or civil disorder
- - Fading of tops and parts
WARRANTY CONDITIONS – Specific to OUTDOOR POOL TABLES
The product warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing such as corrosion of the metal frame, distortion of the composite playing surface or metal frame, delamination or any deterioration of the playing surface or cushions.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS – Specific to OUTDOOR FOOSBALL TABLE
Failure to adhere to the safety and user guidelines in the instructions such as carrying the table by the arms or playing bars. Not maintaining the table following the “how to take care of your foosball table”.
TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
ALL warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are reviewed by the Cornilleau quality team and start on the day of purchase. To start your claim application please contact our customer service team at support@cornilleau.com. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser. For a warranty claim to be considered the proof of purchase, the table identification (reference and lotor serial numbers) and digital photos of the assumed damage or defect must be presented at the time of the claim is reported. It is best to include photos that are close-up and at a distance. Include one or the other may not show the issue well.
Cornilleau may arrange for the replacement of defective parts or the entire table if approved by the Quality Department. Cornilleau will not provide labor or a technician to repair your table or cover labor costs to replace a defective part(s) or to assemble a new table.
TO FILE A SHIPPING CLAIM
Shipping damage is not a warranty issue and has to be handled separately. If you suspect shipping damage, take digital photos and call or email Cornilleau America as soon as possible, phone 678-257-4350 or email support@cornilleau.com, we only have a couple of days after delivery to process any damage issues. Customers should refuse delivery of any items that appear to be damaged. Returns, refunds, or exchanges may not be possible once a table is accepted. If you feel there is damage from shipping, please email us pictures and describe your delivery. It is best if you have digital photos of the freight as it is being delivered, taking care to capture the entire table including any packaging. Our ability to assist you depends on your thorough receiving.
