THE BEST WARRANTY ON THE MARKET
TABLE TENNIS TABLES WARRANTY:
All of the CORNILLEAU table tennis tables include a comprehensive warranty plan. Our tables adhere to the European Safety Standard EN 14468. Safety is our priority, thus Cornilleau goes above this standard.
Our weatherproof and shockproof outdoor tables are backed up by a ten-year warranty plan, while our indoor tables are backed up by a three-year plan. Our warranties exclude the wearing down of various parts such as wheels, feet, net, net bracket, and post. The product warranty covers only original manufacturing errors, if a product is modified, the warranty is voided (examples of this are re-building, upgrading, or applying an additional configuration to the product. Defects in material or errors in manufacturing must be submitted in writing and are approved by the CORNILLEAU quality team. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and proof of purchase and table identification must be presented at the time of the warranty claim application. Fading of the tabletops or parts colors is not covered under warranty, please visit our care and clean page for any related questions. Product warranty does not apply to shipping damage or miss use. Shipping damage will be handled separately, please call or email Cornilleau America. Should you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service at support@cornilleau.com.
OUR WARRANTY
10 years warranty -
The warranty starts on the day of purchase. All outdoor tables after 2016 (excluding the Tectonic table) have a 10 years warranty on the full table. Outdoor tables manufactured prior to 2016 have a 10 years warranty on the table tops and a 3 years warranty on the frame. We warranty our outdoor panels against any distortion or peeling. The warranty covers all the table parts (except for wheels, posts and nets).
3 years warranty -
The warranty starts on the day of purchase. The entire indoor tables have a 3 years warranty. The outdoor table prior to 2016 have a 3 years warranty on the frame components.
Warranty Limitations -
The Cornilleau quality team will review all warranty claims. The following list includes some of the reasons the warranty will not be in effect:
- Normal part wear
- Wrong assembly of the part
- Lack of maintenance
- Use of corrosive products for maintenance
- If the safety and user guidelines hasn’t been properly followed
- If the table collapse due to strong wind in a folded position
- If the table has been put upside down or carried alone
- Any other external factor non-related to the quality of the table
POOL TABLES WARRANTY :
A 5 YEAR on the HYPHEN Outdoor pool table
▪ The Quality Department at the Cornilleau factory reviews and approves all warranty claims.
▪ Refunds will not be given, Cornilleau may arrange for repair or replacement of defective parts or
entire table if approved by the Quality Department.
To process a warranty request we will need the following:
▪ Proof of purchase including purchase date.
▪ Reference and lot/serie numbers (located on a sticker under the table).
▪ Specific description of the problem.
▪ A clear digital photo of assumed damage or defect.
The guarantee is limited to the part deemed defective by our Quality team and
applies as below:
▪ The metal frame against corrosion.
▪ The composite slate and metal frame against any distortion.
▪ The bed and the cushions against any delamination and any deterioration linked to miscues.
▪ Rot-proof bed and cushions.
The warranty is limited to the supply of parts recognized as faulty by our service
departments and does not apply to deterioration caused by:
▪ Normal wear and tear on the parts
▪ Assembly that does not respect the instructions that come with each pool table.
▪ Failure to adhere to the instructions and safety advice listed in the manual.
▪ Lack of maintenance or use of aggressive products for maintenance. See our page “how to take care
of your pool table”.
▪ Stains of various origins (moisture, food, animals, unsuitable household products, etc.).
▪ More generally a cause unrelated to the quality of the pool table (impact, fall…).
▪ Abnormal use of the product, other than the use for pool table.
Not covered by the warranty terms:
▪ Shipping and associated fees of the defective parts.
▪ Technician intervention.
▪ Labor cost.
FOOSBALL TABLES WARRANTY :
A 5 YEAR on the Outdoor foosball table beginning the date of the purchase
This 5-year warranty applies to most of the table with the exception of the playing surface/bed which has a
3 year warranty against any distortion.
▪ The Quality Department at the Cornilleau factory reviews and approves all warranty claims.
▪ Refunds will not be given, Cornilleau may arrange for repair or replacement of defective parts or
entire table if approved by the Quality Department.
To process a warranty request we will need the following:
▪ Proof of purchase including purchase date.
▪ Reference and lot/serie numbers (located on a sticker under the table).
▪ Specific description of the problem.
▪ A clear digital photo of assumed damage or defect.
The warranty is limited to the supply of parts recognized as faulty by our service departments and does
not apply to deterioration caused by:
▪ Normal wear and tear on the parts.
▪ Assembly that does not respect the instructions that come with each foosball table.
▪ Failure to adhere to the instructions and safety advice listed in the manual (bend the arms or the
bars, jump on the foosball, etc…)
▪ Lack of maintenance or use of aggressive products for maintenance. See our page “how to take care
of your foosball table”.
▪ Abnormal use of the product, other than the use for foosball
▪ Stains of various origins (moisture, food, animals, unsuitable household products, etc.).
▪ More generally a cause unrelated to the quality of the foosball table (impact, fall…).
Not covered by the warranty terms:
▪ Shipping and associated fees of the defective parts or replacement table.
▪ Technician intervention.
▪ Labor cost.

Be sure to include the full reference and serial numbers from the table (located on the top right corner under on a sticker underneath one of the tops). We will also need full contact information and purchase history.
