TABLES DELIVERY
Table prices include curbside delivery shipping charges to most cities in the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact us if you the delivery location is NYC metropolitan areas, remote areas or island delivery as there may be additional charges for these special delivery situations. If it occurs that there are any additional delivery charges, we will contact you to confirm the order. All tables are shipped by LTL freight Monday-Friday. Due to the size of the truck the freight company may be unable to access certain residential areas. Should you feel that your required destination inaccessible to a truck, please contact CORNILLEAU America Inc Customer Service prior to placing your order. Please note that the delivery will be made by a 48’ tractor/trailer or larger truck, and due to the size of the truck, the freight company may be unable to access certain residential areas. If you have any questions or concern about your delivery location, please contact us at (678) 257 4350.Please note that CORNILLEAU America Inc will not be held responsible for inaccurate or undeliverable addresses that you may provide. All tables orders will be processed and shipped within two business days. Depending on your location your shipment will reach the nearest terminal between 4 to 10 business days. The freight company should then contact you to schedule a delivery time. The delivery appointment will be schedule during the business week (excluding holidays) and require a four-hour shipping window for the appointment. Curbside delivery requires you to be present when your product is delivered and assist the driver in removing the table from the truck. Should you need to make changes for any reason once the table has been shipped from the terminal to your delivery location, additional charges may apply. Should you fail to comply with the arranged delivery time, you will be responsible for any additional charges for redelivery and/or storage fees established by the freight company. CORNILLEAU America Inc will provide liftgate service to easily get your table to the ground. We kindly ask you to contact us for any additional services: inside delivery, white glove service or assembly service as additional charges will apply. The cost for these services varies from city to city. If you would like to add any of these services after placing your order, please contact us for a re-billed order. Once the table is removed from the truck, the freight agent will ask you to sign a delivery receipt. Before you sign, please thoroughly inspect the table and the box for any damage. This delivery receipt is an acknowledgement by you that the shipment is in good condition. The driver cannot leave without your signature. If you have any doubt as to the condition of the shipment, please note "Subject to Inspection" on the delivery receipt. If the driver does not allow you to make this notation, please refuse the shipment and contact CORNILLEAU America Inc. Please note that once the table's packaging is opened, whether the product is damaged or not, we will not be able to proceed to a pick up of the product. It will be the customers responsibility to dispose of the product, even in the occurence of a replacement or an exchange. For any concealed table damage found during the inspection of the shipment, you can choose to refuse the shipment. In this case please always keep a copy of the delivery receipt in case it will be necessary to file a freight claim. Then please notify the freight company and CORNILLEAU America inc. For any concealed table damage found after the delivery you must keep all of the tables’ parts as well as packing material, notify the freight company and report the problem to CORNILLEAU America Inc within five (5) days of delivery to ensure proper credit. If you find your table has concealed damage do not try to assemble the table. All of Cornilleau tables' components fit in one box. The table is reinforced with chipboard inside of the box. Finally the table is strapped to a pallet for added safety during transportation. Please note that Cornilleau America is not responsible to dispose of the packing materials nor the pallet. The carrier will not pick up the pallet after delivery.
PLEASE BE AWARE : For any concealed table damage found during the inspection of the shipment, you can choose to refuse the shipment. In this case please always keep a copy of the delivery receipt in case it will be necessary to file a freight claim. Then please notify the freight company and CORNILLEAU America inc.

ACCESSORIES & SPARE PARTS
Standard shipping All orders, excluding tables, are sent via USPS or FedEx Ground, and standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. CORNILLEAU AMERICA Inc will send you a notification of shipment. Second day and Overnight deliveries are also available for an additional charge.
MAKE A RETURN
If you received wrong / damaged product, before returning the goods, please contact CORNILLEAU America Inc by telephone (678)-257-4350 or email at support@cornilleau.com and please mention your purchase information. It is crucial that the receiver check the packaging and item(s) conditions upon delivery and must note and defect or comments on the delivery notice following the procedure described in the receiving instructions within the first five (5) days of reception. Any later inquiry won't be accepted by Cornilleau.
If there is a return of goods : the customer is responsible for packaging and condition of the returned product. Cornilleau cannot be held responsible for return goods received in bad conditions. Only products returned with all parts and original packaging will be accepted and inspected before processing a refund.
CANCEL AN ORDER
You can change your mind after placing an order and ask for the cancellation by replying to the confirmation email within 24 hours. We will not charge fees for a cancelled order that has not been shipped or for an order that is unavailable. If you would like to cancel an order to place another one, please give us a call. Cancelled orders that have been charged but not shipped will be refunded less credit card processing fees of 6%. Cornilleau America reserves the right to accept or cancel any order for any reason.
Cornilleau America reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever. In that specific occurrence, a refund would be processed.
WARRANTY
CORNILLEAU TABLES WARRANTY -
All of the Cornilleau tables include a comprehensive warranty plan and is the best in the industry. Our tables adhere to the European Safety Standard EN 14468. Safety is our priority, thus Cornilleau goes above this standard.
ALL warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are reviewed by the Cornilleau quality team and start on the day of purchase. To start your claim application please contact our customer service team at support@cornilleau.com. Cornilleau may arrange for replacement of defective parts or the entire table if approved by the Quality Department. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser. To be considered the proof of purchase, the table identification (reference and lot numbers) and digital photos of the assumed damage or defect must be presented at the time of the claim is reported. Cornilleau will not provide labor or a technician to repair your table or cover labor costs to replace a defective part(s).
Shipping damage is not a warranty issue and has to be handled separately. If you suspect shipping damage take digital photos and call or email Cornilleau America as soon as possible, phone 678-257-4350 or email support@cornilleau.com, we only have a couple of days after delivery to process any damage issues. Customers should refuse delivery of any items that appear to be damaged. Returns, refunds, or exchanges may not be accepted once delivery accepted. If you feel there is damage from shipping please email us pictures and describe your delivery. It is best if you have digital photos of the freight as it is being delivered taking care to capture the entire table including any packaging. Our ability to assist you depends on your thorough receiving.
Outdoor ping pong tables - 10 years warranty Indoor ping pong tables - 3 years warranty
The warranty starts on the day of purchase. All outdoor ping pong tables after 2016 (excluding the Tectonic table) have a 10 years warranty on the full table. Outdoor tables manufactured prior to 2016 have a 10 years warranty on the table tops and a 3 years warranty on the frame. We warranty our outdoor panels against any distortion or peeling the outdoor surface cannot warp as it is not made of wood. The indoor tables have a 3 years warranty on the entire table. Again the Cornilleau quality team will review all warranty claims. The following paragraph discusses our warranty conditions.
- Our warranty exclude the normal wear parts such as wheels, feet, net, net bracket, and post. The product warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing and does not apply for the following reasons. If a product is modified, the warranty is voided (examples of this are re-building, upgrading, or applying an additional configuration to the product). The warranty does not cover normal wear parts such as nets, net posts and wheels posts. Parts not assembled in accordance with the instructions that are included with each table;failure to adhere to the operating and safety instructions placed under the tabletop and in the instructions; lack of maintenance; use of aggressive products for the maintenance; damage caused by acts of God such as strong wind or hail; air pollution or other environmental conditions or more generally a cause not related to the quality of the table (impact, falls), intentional acts, unreasonable use, vandalism, or civil disorder. Fading of the tabletops or parts colors is not covered under warranty, please visit our care and clean page for any related questions. Product warranty does not apply to shipping damage or miss use.
Hyphen Outdoor Pool Table - 5 years warranty
The warranty starts on the day of purchase. ALL warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are reviewed by the Cornilleau quality team. Cornilleau may arrange for replacement of defective parts or the entire table if approved by the Quality Department. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser. To be considered the proof of purchase and table identification must be presented at the time of the claim application.
- The product warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing such as corosion of the metal frame, distortion of the composite slate or metal frame, delamination or any deterioration of the playing bed or cushions. Our warranty is limited to the part deemed defective by our quality team and does not apply for the following reasons. If a product is modified, the warranty is voided (examples of this are re-building, upgrading, or applying an additional configuration to the product). The warranty does not cover normal wear parts, parts not assembled in accordance with the instructions that are included with the table;failure to adhere to the operating and safety instructions in the instructions; lack of maintenance; stains of various origins (moisture, food, animals, unsuitable household products, etc.); use of aggressive products for the maintenance; damage caused by acts of God such as strong wind or hail; air pollution or other environmental conditions or more generally a cause not related to the quality of the table (impact, falls), intentional acts, unreasonable use, vandalism, or civil disorder. Fading of the tabletops or parts colors is not covered under warranty, please visit our care and clean page for any related questions. Product warranty does not apply to shipping damage or miss use like abnormal use of the product, other than the use for pool table. Again shipping damage is not a warranty issue and will be handled separately, please call or email Cornilleau America.
Outdoor Foosball Table - 5 years warranty
The warranty starts on the day of purchase. ALL warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are reviewed by the Cornilleau quality team. The 5-year warranty applies to most of the table with the exception of the playing surface/bed which has a 3 year warranty against any distortion.
- The product warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing. Our warranty is limited to the part deemed defective by our quality team and does not apply for the following reasons. If a product is modified, the warranty is voided (examples of this are re-building, upgrading, or applying an additional configuration to the product). The warranty does not cover normal wear parts, parts not assembled in accordance with the instructions that are included with the table; failure to adhere to the operating and safety instructions in the instructions (bend the arms or the bars, jump on the foosball, etc…); lack of maintenance see our page “how to take care of your foosball table”, stains of various origins (moisture, food, animals, unsuitable household products, etc.); use of aggressive products for the maintenance; damage caused by acts of God such as strong wind or hail; air pollution or other environmental conditions or more generally a cause not related to the quality of the table (impact, falls), intentional acts, unreasonable use, vandalism, or civil disorder. To File A Warranty claim
The Cornilleau America team will be able to assist you should you need any after sale service. All claims must be submitted with complete information. The information must include purchase history with full contact information, reference and lot numbers from your table as well as a description of the issue and digital photos. Please include photo of the table from a distance as well as close up. Only one or the other will not be helpful enough.
