Table prices include curbside delivery shipping charges to most cities in the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact us if you the delivery location is NYC metropolitan areas, remote areas or island delivery as there may be additional charges for these special delivery situations. If it occurs that there are any additional delivery charges, we will contact you to confirm the order. All tables are shipped by LTL freight Monday-Friday. Due to the size of the truck the freight company may be unable to access certain residential areas. Should you feel that your required destination inaccessible to a truck, please contact CORNILLEAU America Inc Customer Service prior to placing your order. Please note that the delivery will be made by a 48’ tractor/trailer or larger truck, and due to the size of the truck, the freight company may be unable to access certain residential areas. If you have any questions or concern about your delivery location, please contact us at (678) 257 4350.Please note that CORNILLEAU America Inc will not be held responsible for inaccurate or undeliverable addresses that you may provide. All tables orders will be processed and shipped within two business days. Depending on your location your shipment will reach the nearest terminal between 4 to 10 business days. The freight company should then contact you to schedule a delivery time. The delivery appointment will be schedule during the business week (excluding holidays) and require a four-hour shipping window for the appointment. Curbside delivery requires you to be present when your product is delivered and assist the driver in removing the table from the truck. Should you need to make changes for any reason once the table has been shipped from the terminal to your delivery location, additional charges may apply. Should you fail to comply with the arranged delivery time, you will be responsible for any additional charges for redelivery and/or storage fees established by the freight company. CORNILLEAU America Inc will provide liftgate service to easily get your table to the ground. We kindly ask you to contact us for any additional services: inside delivery, white glove service or assembly service as additional charges will apply. The cost for these services varies from city to city. If you would like to add any of these services after placing your order, please contact us for a re-billed order. Once the table is removed from the truck, the freight agent will ask you to sign a delivery receipt. Before you sign, please thoroughly inspect the table and the box for any damage. This delivery receipt is an acknowledgement by you that the shipment is in good condition. The driver cannot leave without your signature. If you have any doubt as to the condition of the shipment, please note "Subject to Inspection" on the delivery receipt. If the driver does not allow you to make this notation, please refuse the shipment and contact CORNILLEAU America Inc. Please note that once the table's packaging is opened, whether the product is damaged or not, we will not be able to proceed to a pick up of the product. It will be the customers responsibility to dispose of the product, even in the occurence of a replacement or an exchange. For any concealed table damage found during the inspection of the shipment, you can choose to refuse the shipment. In this case please always keep a copy of the delivery receipt in case it will be necessary to file a freight claim. Then please notify the freight company and CORNILLEAU America inc. For any concealed table damage found after the delivery you must keep all of the tables’ parts as well as packing material, notify the freight company and report the problem to CORNILLEAU America Inc within three (3) days of delivery to ensure proper credit. If you find your table has concealed damage do not try to assemble the table.
PLEASE BE AWARE : For any concealed table damage found during the inspection of the shipment, you can choose to refuse the shipment. Accessories & spare parts
Standard shipping All orders, excluding tables, are sent via USPS or FedEx Ground, and standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. CORNILLEAU AMERICA Inc will send you a notification of shipment. Second day and Overnight deliveries are also available for an additional charge.
Make a return
If you received wrong / damaged product, before returning the goods, please contact CORNILLEAU America Inc by telephone 678 257 4350 or email at email@example.com and please mention your purchase information.
Cancel an order
You can change your mind after placing an order and ask for the cancellation by replying to the confirmation email within 24 hours. We will not charge fees for a cancelled order that has not been shipped or for an order that is unavailable. If you would like to cancel an order to place another one, please give us a call. Cancelled orders that have been charged but not shipped will be refunded less credit card processing fees of 6%.
CORNILLEAU America Inc table tennis tables are all backed up by a great warranty. The weatherproof shockproof outdoor tables are backed up by a 10 years warranty (that excludes the wear parts: wheels, feet, net, net bracket and post). The indoor tables are backed up by a 3 years warranty (that excludes the wear parts: wheels, feet, net, net bracket and post). The product warranty covers only original manufacturing errors, i.e. errors found in the product upon delivery. Manufacturing errors must be noted by CORNILLEAU America Inc after which the customer receives free repair or new product. Product Warranty does not apply when CORNILLEAU America Inc cannot find any product malfunction or when the customer has caused the damage itself. Product Warranty does not apply to handling errors, malfunctions or errors that occur at or after your own change in the product's function and appearances, such as rebuilding, upgrading, or another configuration of the product. The customer's invoice or receipt is valid as a guarantee. Should you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service before returning the goods, via firstname.lastname@example.org
CORNILLEAU America Inc has the right to change prices, charge extra costs and change product information without prior notice. Product images and other information aim to reflect the product as much as possible. However, we reserve ourselves for any errors that may occur on the web page and cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the correct appearance of the product. The images should be illustrations only. Image quality may also vary depending on the color settings you have on your computer.
