Return policy
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product you can refuse the delivery. At that time it is helpful if you have picture documentation. It is important you contact CORNILLEAU America Inc as soon as any delivery issue is discovered, first by telephone (678) 257 4350 then followed up by email at support@cornilleau.com. Again it is most helpful if you can send us pictures of any issues and it is very helpful if you can reference your purchase information.
It is crucial that the receiver check the packaging and item(s) conditions upon delivery. Any concerns must be noted on the delivery document. Any concealed damage must be reported via email with photos to support@cornilleau.com within 5 business days from delivery. Cornilleau will not accept a reported issue if received any later than the 5 days. Cornilleau does not accept returns if a customer changes their mind or they claim the product does not fit their space. If you have any reservations, please contact us at 678-257-4350 prior to placing your order.
If Cornilleau does authorized a return the customer is responsible for packaging. It is required that pictures be provided prior to shipping, to confirm the condition, and must be sent to support@cornilleau.com. The table must be returned in the same condition as delivered including the shipping box that is not opened and the box strapped to the oversized pallet. The product must be received at our warehouse in new condition that allows the product to be resold. Cornilleau cannot be held responsible for return goods received in bad condition. Your refund will be processed after goods are received and the new condition confirmed and will be less the outbound and return shipping and a restocking fee. Again only products received in new condition will be accepted and eligible for a refund.
