Return policy
At CORNILLEAU America Inc, we do not accept product returns once an order has been delivered, except in very limited cases involving shipping errors or damage.
Delivery Inspection & Refusal
Upon delivery, the recipient is responsible for carefully inspecting the packaging and product condition. If the item appears damaged or incorrect, you must refuse the delivery at that time. We strongly recommend taking photos to document any issues.
You must contact CORNILLEAU America Inc immediately upon identifying a delivery issue : first by phone at (678) 257-4350, and then by email at support@cornilleau.com. Please include photos and your purchase details in your communication.
Damage Claims
Any visible damage or concerns must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. For concealed damage (not visible at delivery), you must notify us via email at support@cornilleau.com within five (5) business days of delivery, including supporting photos. Claims submitted after this 5-day period will not be accepted.
NO RETURNS POLICY
Please note: All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any customer-driven reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Product does not fit your space
- Ordering error

Authorized Returns (Exceptions Only)
In the rare event that CORNILLEAU authorizes a return, the following conditions strictly apply:
- The customer is fully responsible for proper packaging.
- The product must remain unopened, in its original packaging, and securely strapped to the original oversized pallet
- Photos of the product must be submitted and approved prior to return shipment
- The product must be returned in new, resalable condition
CORNILLEAU reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
Refunds
In case of exceptional authorization : any approved refund will only be processed after the product is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in new condition. Refunds will be issued less outbound shipping costs, potential return shipping costs, and a restocking fee.
Only products returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, with a prior authorization, will be eligible for a refund. All other returns will be refused, and no refund will be processed.
