To assemble your Origin outdoor table tennis table, follow the instructions below. A minimum of two people is required at all stages to assemble your table. All the tools you'll need to assemble your Origin table are supplied: a 10 mm socket spanner, a 13 mm open-end spanner, a 4 mm Allen key and a PZ 2 screwdriver. Do not use a screwdriver, as it could damage certain parts, rendering them unusable. Rackets and balls are also supplied with your table.
Cut out the side of each of the two boxes. You can use the cardboard boxes as supports when assembling your table. They will protect the various parts and your floor from scratches.
Insert one of the two splice bars (Part no. 7241.R) into the right-hand bottom rail (Part no. 7250.0 or 7250.9) and repeat this step with the left-hand bottom rail.
Take two screws (part no. 1720.0) and two washers (part no. 1210.0) and screw them in place as shown in the diagram, lightly by hand, repeating the step on the two previously fitted parts.
Take the second lower spar (part no. 7251.0 or 7251.9) and place it at the other end of the joint bar. Repeat this step with the second spar.
As in step 2, fit a washer (Part no. 1210.0) and then lightly hand-tighten a screw (Part no. 1720.0) to the end of the part. Repeat this step with the second spar.
Place the two assembled parts vertically and lightly hand-tighten the central crosspiece (Part no. 7244.0 / 7244.9) in the centre of these two parts, as shown in the video.
Place the trays on a protective cover. Take three nuts (part no. 1124) and three screws (part no. 1719). As shown in the diagram, assemble the trays, securing the assembly using the pipe spanner and Allen key.
Place the trays on a protector.
Leave a gap of approximately 4mm between the two trays. In order to leave enough space to install the fixed net later.
Installing the fixed netPlace the trays on a protective surface.
Leave a gap of approximately 4mm between the two trays. This will leave enough space to install the fixed net at a later date.
Assemble the assembly previously made in steps 1 to 5 with the table tops as shown in the diagram opposite, using screws (Part no. 1720.0) and nuts (Part no. 1124). Tighten lightly by hand. Repeat this step on the left and right.
Hand-tighten the left sleeves (Part no. 7247.0 or 7247.9) and right sleeves (Part no. 7248.0 or 7248.9) to the tops on both sides of the table, using eight washers (Part no. 1210.0), eight lock nuts (Part no. 1120.0) and eight screws (Part no. 1720.0).
Just like the sleeves, fit the left struts (Part no. 7243.0 or 7243.9) and the right struts (Part no. 7242.0 or 7242.9).
As in the video, slide the struts between the sleeves and the stringers. Securely fasten the four struts to the four corners of the table with sheet metal screws (part no. 1370) using the screwdriver supplied.
Take the footplate (Part no. 4821.0), place it on the floor and push in the ball screw until you hear a "click". Repeat the step with the other three feet.
Glue the anti-slip pad (Part no. 4825) to the glide. Repeat this step on the other three feet.
Slide in one foot (Part no. 8609) per sleeve.
Slide the leg crossbar (Part no. 7239.0 or 7239.9) over the holes in all the parts on the stirrups so that they can be fixed in place in step 14.
Take sixteen washers (Order No. 1210.0), eight nuts (Order No. 1120.0) and eight screws (Order No. 1728.0) and, as shown in the video, fix the side rail, strut, leg and leg crossbar together. Repeat this step for each leg.
Using the tools supplied, tighten each screw previously fitted by hand.
Slide the drawer crossbar into the drawer and screw it in place as shown in the diagram using two sheet metal screws (Part no. 1370).
Push the plugs (Part No. 4320) into each end of the drawer rail.
Slide the ends of the drawer one after the other into place on the reinforcing bars. You can install the drawer on either side of the table.
Screw the drawer in place as shown in the diagram using two sheet metal screws (Part no. 1370).
Optional: A second drawer is available. To install it, repeat steps 16 to 19 on the other side of the table.
Turn the table over. More than two people may be needed to lift the table (76kg).
To fit the net in your parcel, please follow these instructions.
Take the end of your thread (Part no. 3826) and slide the rod (Part no. 7279) into the open end to act as a support.
Once the rod has been inserted into the thread, take the clamp (Part no. 7278.0) and slide it through the bottom of the thread.
Vissez les poteaux en bois avec les 4 vis (Référence 1402.0) de la face du poteau. Once these 4 screws have been installed, screw the underside of the wooden post to the bracket using the screw (Part no. 1425.0).
Attention : The screw for fixing the underside of the stretcher to the post is longer than the one for the front. What's more, the screw head must not extend beyond the stirrup, otherwise you won't be able to glue the anti-slip pad and you risk damaging the table.
Before installing the post on the table, glue the anti-slip pad (Part no. 4826) to the bottom part that has been screwed to the post.
To place the net, stand in the centre of the table and slide the net stretcher over the centre joint of the table.
To avoid scratching your table, place the stirrup straight on the table.
To store your fabric net, fold it and put it in one of the table drawers.
Have you purchased a removable net (reference 7245.0 or 7245.9)?
To fit this net, please follow these instructions.
To install the removable net storage bracket, follow this procedure. Place the plugs (Part no. 4775.0) in the positions shown on the leaflet. Insert a screw (Part no. 1601) inside the plug and then reach the bottom of the plug.
On the inside of the table, place a washer (Part no. 1256) around the screw and then secure the wing nut (Part no. 1163) to the table surface.
Place the thread bases (part no. 4820.0A or 4820.9A) on the central bracket in the middle of the table, place the thread on it and press to lock it in place.
To store the net, place it parallel to the table, notching first one side and then the other, as in the video.
You can attach the bases to the sides as shown in the diagram or store them in the drawer.
Have you purchased a fixed net (reference 7274.0 or 7274.9)?
To fit this net, please follow these instructions.
With the 4mm spacing made in step 6 and after turning the table over, slide the fixed net over the top.
As shown in the diagram, assemble the trays with the net between them.
Secure the assembly using the pipe spanner and Allen key.
