OUR 10 YEAR WARRANTY

CORNILLEAU America Inc table tennis tables are all backed up by a great warranty. All our tables adhere to the European Safety Standard EN 14468. The weatherproof shockproof outdoor tables are backed up by a 10 years warranty (that excludes the wear parts: wheels, feet, net, net bracket and post). The indoor tables are backed up by a 3 years warranty (that excludes the wear parts: wheels, feet, net, net bracket and post). The product warranty covers only original manufacturing errors, i.e. errors found in the product upon delivery. Manufacturing errors must be approved by CORNILLEAU America Inc after which the customer receives free repair or new product. Product Warranty does not apply when CORNILLEAU America Inc cannot find any product malfunction or when the customer has caused the damage itself. Product Warranty does not apply to handling errors, malfunctions or errors that occur at or after your own change in the product's function and appearances, such as rebuilding, upgrading, or another configuration of the product. The customer's invoice or receipt is valid as a guarantee. Should you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service before returning the goods, via support@cornilleau.com 

Our Warranty

10 year warranty – 2016 Outdoor Table collection

The warranty starts on the day of purchase and applies to all Crossover tables, Pro 510, Park. It covers all the table parts (except for wheels, posts and nets). We guarantee our outdoor table tops against any distortion, peeling or fading of white stripes.

The warranty starts on the day of purchase. We guarantee our outdoor panels against any distortion, peeling or fading of white stripes.

3 year warranty

The warranty starts on the day of purchase for both indoor and outdoor tables.

The warranty is limited to the supply of defective parts/components approved by our customer service team and is not applicable in case of damages caused by:

  •          Normal part wear
  •          Wrong assembly of the part (by the customer or a third party)
  •          Lack of maintenance
  •          Use of corrosive products for maintenance
  •          If the safety and user guidelines have not been properly followed
  •          If the table collapses due to strong wind in a folded position
  •          If the table has been put upside down or carried alone
  •          Any other external factor non-related to the quality of the table

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Use of Guarantee - Please send us an inquiry by email describing the defect and stating the full reference and serial number of the table (located on the top right corner underside the tabletop). Please provide pictures of the damage, serial and reference number and purchasing history.
